Chirino Agency provides social-media marketing services for businesses — including scripting, recording, editing, and publishing short-form video content, with paid ads, funnels, and AI automations available as the offering expands. The information on this site is provided for general purposes only and does not create a service relationship on its own.

Submitting the contact form or the client-onboarding form lets me reach out to you about a potential engagement — it does not, by itself, create a contract. A working relationship begins only when we exchange and agree to a separate written proposal, statement of work, or invoice covering scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees.

When you upload materials (logo files, brand assets, photos, copy, account details, etc.), you confirm that you have the right to share them and to let me use them to deliver the services you requested. You remain the owner of your brand materials. Don't submit anything confidential through these forms that you wouldn't be comfortable sending me by email.

Marketing and organic content growth take time and depend on many things outside my control (your industry, market conditions, the quality of your offer, what your audience is willing to do, and the platforms themselves). I bring my best craft to every project, but I do not guarantee specific outcomes — views, followers, leads, sales, ranking, or revenue. Any examples or past results shown on this site are illustrative only.

This website does not process payments. Pricing, invoicing, and payment terms for any engagement are handled through a separate written agreement and invoicing tool. Any payment terms quoted casually on this site or in conversation are subject to that written agreement.

This site links to and integrates with third-party platforms (for example, Vercel, Discord, Google Fonts, and the social platforms we will publish your content on). Their terms govern your use of those platforms. I am not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party sites or platforms.

You agree not to use this website to: (a) submit knowingly false or misleading information; (b) attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse-engineer the site; (c) impersonate another person or business; or (d) violate any applicable law. I may refuse or remove submissions and refuse to provide services if these terms are violated.

The Chirino Agency name, logo, copy, code, and design on this site are owned by Hiram Alexander Chirino unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, redistribute, or build derivative works from the site without permission.

This website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. I do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chirino Agency and Hiram Alexander Chirino will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from or relating to your use of this website. My total liability arising from your use of this website (separate from any services agreement) will not exceed $100 USD.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

I may update these Terms from time to time. When I do, I will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
