This Privacy Policy explains how Chirino Agency ("Chirino Agency," "we," "I," "us"), operated by Hiram Alexander Chirino, collects, uses, and protects information you share with us through this website.
01Information I collect
I collect the information you submit through the forms on this site:
- Contact form (lead form): your first name, last name, business name, phone number, and email address.
- Client onboarding form: your answers to the intake questions (your business details, goals, service area, on-camera face, language preferences, and any logo or brand-asset files you choose to upload). Submission is voluntary and shared by direct link only with prospective and signed clients.
- Webinar / class registration form: your first name, last name, email address, and phone number, so I can send you the reminders, join link, and replay for the event you signed up for.
On the webinar and class signup pages, I use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for advertising and audience-building. The pixel sets tracking cookies in your browser, records that you visited and registered on one of those pages, and may share that activity with Meta, including the email address and phone number you enter on the registration form, so I can measure how ads perform and show relevant ads to you and to similar audiences. The registration form asks you to agree to this before you submit it. Apart from that pixel on those signup pages, I do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting. I do not collect IP addresses beyond what is technically necessary for the site to function on Vercel (the hosting provider). I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
02How I use it
I use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry, begin or operate our working relationship, and produce the marketing services you requested. I do not sell, rent, or trade your information. The one exception to keeping it to myself is the advertising use described above: contact details submitted on a webinar or class signup page are shared with Meta for ad measurement and audience-building, and only for that.
03Where it goes
When you submit the contact or onboarding form, the answers are sent as a message to a private Discord channel that I control. Webinar and class registrations are saved to my own client management system instead. Either way, I record the information in my internal client files. The following service providers receive your submission, or part of it, as part of delivering it:
- Vercel hosts the website and routes the form submission to the Discord webhook.
- Discord receives the formatted message (and any uploaded brand-asset files) so it appears in my private workspace.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on the site. Google may log standard request information when fonts are loaded.
- Meta (Facebook) receives the pixel events fired on the webinar and class signup pages, including the email address and phone number entered on the registration form, for the advertising purposes described in Section 1.
- Twilio delivers the account-related text messages described in the Text messages (SMS) section below, and necessarily receives your phone number to do so.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy that governs how they handle data they process on my behalf.
04How long I keep it
Form submissions remain in my private Discord channel and my internal records for as long as I reasonably need them to serve you or to comply with my legal obligations. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below).
05How it's protected
Form submissions are sent over HTTPS. The Discord webhook URLs that receive submissions are kept in server-side environment variables and are never exposed to your browser. I use a hidden honeypot field to reduce automated spam — bots that fill the hidden field are silently dropped. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.
06Cookies
On the webinar and class signup pages, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel sets tracking and advertising cookies in your browser; Meta's own cookie and privacy policies govern those. Everywhere else on this site I do not set tracking or advertising cookies, and Vercel may set strictly necessary cookies needed for the site to function. You can limit how this data is used for ads through your Meta account's ad preferences or your browser's cookie controls. If I add analytics in the future, I will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
07Your rights
You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email marketing@chirinorealestate.com and I will do my best to honor the request promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws (such as the GDPR or CCPA); the same contact applies for those requests.
08Text messages (SMS)
If you're a Chirino Agency client, I use the phone number you provide on the client onboarding form to send you account-related text messages — appointment reminders, invoice and billing reminders, and similar account notifications. I do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Message frequency varies depending on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or email the address in the Contact section below to opt out.
09Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected on this page; please check back occasionally.
